River Fest ‘09

Mark your calendars for River Fest 2009 ~ June 6th

Elmira's River Fest is a free community event, hosted by Near Westside Neighborhood Association, Inc., that enables the community to be close to and even on the river to experience its natural beauty and charm. Contact the www.nwnainc.com for further information and assistance.

The 5th Annual River Fest and River Paddle will be held on Saturday, June 6th.  A morning paddle will lead you from Bottcher's Landing in Big Flats to the Grove Street boat launch in Elmira where the Fest will be underway.  At the Grove Street launch, festivities include live music (Tara & Paul 11:00-12:30 and PHYZZ 1:00-3:00), children's activities, food, displays, a Cornell Raptor exhibit and more!  Paddle registration forms will be available beginning March 23rd

GoHERE to check for updates!

River Fest and River Fest Paddle draw hundreds of people with many canoes and kayaks paddling their way into the festival.  Over time, we all expect River Fest to be a signature event in scope and size for the community.
